coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the mill.\nDevelop, implement, and adjust operational standards, systems, and equipment.\nEnsure efficiency and effectiveness of all improvement efforts.\nApply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.\nSupport and oversee 5S initiatives, failure analysis, results management, and safety activities.\nCoordinate and manage CAPEX projects, including data compilation and analysis.\nAssist location management with annual action planning and administration of policies, procedures, and processes.\nCoach and train employees on improvement methodologies and operational excellence tools.\nAct as a change agent, motivating and influencing employees at all organizational levels.\n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred\n3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nStrong working knowledge of wood products manufacturing processes and heavy mill machinery.\nPrevious experience in wood product manufacturing is desired.\nDemonstrated knowledge of business systems and complex technical and engineering processes.\nProven ability to train, coach, and develop employees.\nStrong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\nDetail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working effectively with employees at all organizational levels.\nLean Yellow or Black Belt
