You'll also assist with identifying schedule risks, tracking action items, preparing reports, and supporting the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures.\nThis opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys organization, collaboration, and problem-solving, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting complex projects in Canada's marine and defence sector.\nIf you’re organized, eager to learn, and excited about building your project coordination skills in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!\nCreate and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.\nFacilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.\nMonitor deadlines and milestones, proactively identifying risks, conflicts, or delays.\nCoordinate document distribution to ensure clear communication across project teams.\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports to track schedule and budget performance.\nSupport data management using Epoch and other approved tools.\nShare project updates and reports with leaders, stakeholders, and team members.\nGenerate, manage, and store project documentation within authorized digital environments.\nOversee the distribution of digital and physical project deliverables.\nServe as a central point of coordination between project teams to maintain alignment.\nSupport the development and improvement of project processes and procedures alongside project team leads.\n Education\nDiploma in Technology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.\nExperience\n0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or other project-focused work.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nExperience with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera is an asset.\nCAPM certification-or interest in working toward it-is considered an asset.\nWe're committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion\nFleetway is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
