This role is responsible for designing and leading our capacity management strategy, ensuring the network is optimized to support operational efficiency, service excellence, resilience, and sustainable growth.\n Develop and maintain capacity models across terminal, linehaul, and pickup & delivery operations.\nIdentify bottlenecks and optimize network performance using data-driven analysis and Theory of Constraints principles.\nMonitor capacity utilization and recommend solutions to improve throughput, efficiency, and service levels.\nEstablish capacity protection strategies to support operational resilience and manage demand fluctuations.\nConduct forecasting, scenario modeling, work measurement, and performance analysis to support decision-making.\nRecommend improvements to processes, staffing, schedules, routing, load planning, and asset utilization.\nSupport strategic planning by translating demand forecasts into future labour, fleet, facility, and technology requirements.\nLead cross-functional network optimization initiatives and present actionable recommendations to leadership.\nDevelop engineering standards, tools, and reporting to drive continuous improvement across the organization.\n Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.\n3 to 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process engineering, transportation engineering, network design, capacity planning, operations research, or logistics optimization.\nExperience developing capacity models, conducting forecasting and scenario analysis, and utilizing work measurement methodologies.\nStrong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.\nWorking knowledge of transportation and logistics operations, including terminal, linehaul, and pickup and delivery environments.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong financial acumen and the ability to evaluate operational trade-offs between service, cost, and capacity.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the
