safety leadership and regulatory compliance\n\nCoach, develop, and inspire a skilled maintenance and engineering team\n\nActively mentor engineers, supervisors, and future leaders\n\nDrive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and cost performance\n\nOversee maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and contractor performance\n\nCollaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain to improve overall plant performance\n\nBalance daily operational priorities with long-term reliability and asset management strategies\n\nContribute to excellence and sustainable business growth\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, with relevant industrial experience\n\nStrong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including a solid mechanical foundation (electrical and controls experience considered an asset)\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, develop people, and drive performance improvements\n\nExperience in safety-focused industrial manufacturing environments\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset\n\nAbility to connect technical decisions with operational efficiency and business performance\n\nDemonstrated leadership potential, ambition, and interest in progressing toward broader operational and business leadership responsibilities\n\nPreferred:\nShutdown and turnaround leadership\n\nMaintenance planning, scheduling, and contractor management\n\nCapital projects and engineering execution\n\nLean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or
