Remote work is not available for this position. \n As a Paper Mill Crew Leader, your primary responsibilities will include managing, leading, and motivating an operating crew to deliver results in key areas of safety, quality, productivity, service, asset and human resources objectives, and continuous improvement.\nProactively coordinate, engage and lead the crew to achieve target goals around Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. \nEnsure the crew is adhering to standards, processes and systems established. Making sure employees are aware of expectations and are accountable for performance. Coach and discipline team members as needed\nLooking ahead and considering business needs, develop and maintain operator skill level to operate at standard and address day-to-day issues.
