This role supports the River Class Destroyer program by enforcing best practices, driving compliance, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. Additionally, the Project Manager leads or supports program-wide cost and account control metrics and Program performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the RCD Program.\n Oversee the health and performance of the Program’s IPT control accounts, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and scope baselines\nSupport IPT leads and CAMs in interpreting Earned Value Management (EVM) data and assembling program performance review materials.\nCollaborate closely with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure control account plans, performance data, and reporting outputs are complete, accurate, and of high quality. \nIdentify and drive metrics and KPIs within the control account management framework, contributing to overall program excellence.\nFacilitate program-level organizational improvements, including process redesign, tool enhancements, and cross-functional coordination. \nPrepare and present status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision making.\nServe as the central liaison between the Program Team and Project Controls, ensuring effective communication and integration of control account management practices.\nMonitor compliance with EVM standards, internal governance requirements, and contractual obligations. \nSupport the Program Manager level ad-hoc initiatives.\n Post-secondary degree, in business administration, engineering or related discipline.
