company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines\nMaintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory\nMaintain communication with dispatch and customers staying on schedule\nEducate customers on the use of their equipment and provide technical service support (either remotely or on-site)\nKnowledge of IP networking considered an asset\nSome travel is expected.\n Minimum 2 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems in the security industry,\nWork with high degree of accuracy and thoroughness\nAbility to provide exceptional customer experiences, overcome objections and handle both favorable and unfavorable customer interactions\nAbility to work independently and as an interactive member of a team\nSelf-motivated, demonstrate effective decision-making skills\nComfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as lifting 50+ lbs.\nExperience with low voltage, electrical, or cabling of any type\nAbility to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment as required.\nFamiliar with the use of everyday hand tools (drills, screwdrivers)\nComputer hardware and software knowledge\nMust have a clean criminal record, and a valid Driver's
