environmental standards, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation including budgets, schedules, safety reports, and progress updates\nSupport the management and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems\nContribute to preventative and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate required repairs\nCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies\nParticipate in procurement processes, including bids and proposals, and manage contractor performance to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards\nPromote a high standard of customer service across all facilities activities\n Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field\n5 years of experience in facilities, construction, or real estate project management\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems\nExperience with CMMS or work order management systems\nKnowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively\nDemonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors\nExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting
