candidate management, and hiring recommendations.\nPartner with Hiring Managers and HR to understand workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and talent needs.\nStrategically attract and source top talent for various roles through innovative strategies such social media advertising, community outreach, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.\nCoordinate and support recruitment initiatives, career fairs, hiring events, and partnerships with educational institutions.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, coordinate interviews and assessments, and ensure recruitment systems are up to date.\nDeliver a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and transparent communication.\nSupport additional talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required.\n Education:\nDiploma, certificate, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\nRegistered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation (or willingness to obtain) would be an asset\nSkills & Experience:\n2-5 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. \nPrevious recruitment experience in the construction and equipment industry is considered an asset.\nExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). \nCustomer-focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. \nEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. \nStrong influencing and negotiation skills. \nAbility to travel
