a Human Resources focus is considered an asset\n5-8+ years of related experience in talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, human resources, or a related field\nExperience leading full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership-level, highly skilled, or business-critical roles\nExperience supporting talent pipelines, succession planning, leadership development programs, or workforce planning initiatives is considered an asset\nWorking knowledge of HRIS and recruitment systems, with strong systems aptitude and comfort using Microsoft Office tools and related business systems\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, HR teams, business leaders, and external providers\nStrong judgement, attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCPHR candidate designation is considered an asset;
