You'll own the solution design process from initial discovery through project kickoff, independently managing your priorities while partnering with Solution Analysts, Architects, and Developers to bring each solution to life.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and\ntranslate them into clear, actionable technical solutions - including\nrecognizing when their stated ask isn't the right fit.\n· Own high-level estimates and review detailed estimates from your\ndevelopment, QA, and architecture partners.\n· Produce solution documentation (e.g., business and functional requirements,\nwireframes) and creating client-facing Statements of Work and proposals.\n· Present your solution approach to clients and internal stakeholders and\nproviding technical mentorship to junior teammates.\n· Identify opportunities to expand your work with the client based on unmet\nbusiness needs you uncover.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical solution design.\nProven experience working directly with clients, in person and remotely, to shape technical solutions.\nA track record of self-managing priorities and translating ambiguous or incomplete requirements into practical, well-documented solutions - collaborating closely with Solution Analysts, Architects, and Developers along the way.\nStrong understanding of system architecture concepts (integration, \nmodernization, scalability), with the confidence to weigh in on\narchitecture decisions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n8+ years of hands-on technical experience on software delivery teams, in roles such as development, QA/test automation, architecture, DevOps, business or solution analysis, or technical consulting\nFamiliarity with generative AI, both as a tool for your own work and as a capability to recommend to clients\nExperience working with automotive OEMs\nExperience with enterprise integration or application modernization projects (e.g., APIs, legacy-to-cloud migration)\nExperience with SQL and databases\nExperience with Java and Golang (Go)\nExperience writing SOWs, proposals, or estimates in a professional services or consulting environment\nExperience mentoring or coaching junior team members\nCompensation and Benefits\nThis position has a starting salary range of USD $110,000 - $130,000 per year. The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
