Strong track record applying AI/ML to real-world problems, translating business needs into scalable, reliable model-driven products.\n\n- Oversee platform management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of workflow solutions.\n\n- Champion test automation initiatives, embedding robust quality assurance practices throughout the development lifecycle.\n\n- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within banking and financial services.\n\n- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth. Influence and guide decision-making at senior management levels through effective communication and data-driven insights.\n\n- Utilize MS Office applications for comprehensive reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.\n\n- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and risk management practices relevant to banking products and platforms.\n\n- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.\n\n- Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, quickly assimilating new concepts and technologies.\n\nRequired Qualifications, skills and capabilities:\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n\n- Extensive experience in product ownership, product management, and platform management within the banking sector.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in AI, LLM, workflow application development, and platform operations.\n\n- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.\n\n- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).\n\n- Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation in banking technology.\n\n- In-depth knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management practices in banking.\n\nPreferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities:\n\n- Experience managing large-scale platforms in global banking environments.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.\n\n- Certification in Product Management, Platform Management, Agile, or related disciplines.\n\nNote: For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the company's redirected page of this job.
