Held’s alignment with internal and external compensation data, to ensure our compensation program is internally equitable and externally competitive.\nWork with management to design, implement, and monitor our compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay and total rewards.\nConduct job analysis and evaluation of new and evolving positions to determine appropriate salary bands and ranges.\nReview new and existing job descriptions and level appropriately within the job hierarchy structure.\nPartner with key internal stakeholders to develop compensation plans that attract, reward, and retain talent.\nCollaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure efficient program administration.\nGenerate analytical compensation reports for the purposes of supporting budgets, assisting in keeping operations within that budget and strategic decision making.\nProvide reports, analysis, and clarification of policies and practices to HR team and Business Leaders.\nAdminister and provide support for annual compensation activities, such as merit increase and bonus plans for both billable and non-billable employees.\nProvide market research when needed.\nMonitor compensation management trends and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.\nCollaborate on special projects and respond to ad hoc requests as needed.\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.\n8+ years of experience with compensation methodology and analysis.\nExperience working in a large, global professional services firm desired.\nExperience with creating reports and extracting and analyzing data from an HRIS system.\nAbility to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.\nSense of urgency and confidentiality.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCCP Certification preferred.\nIncentive Plan design experience is highly preferred.\nExperience at a highly acquisitive firm / M&A integration experience highly preferred.\nPhysical and Mental Job Qualifications\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \n Some of the Benefits We Have Include\nJ.S.
