Reports to: Managing Director\n\n Direct Report: Shift Managers and Supervisors\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Oversee all daily operations across the company’s three restaurant outlets, covering production quality, sales, staffing, ambience, cleanliness, and hygiene.\n\n Monitor daily sales figures and reports for each outlet, ensuring Shift Managers diligently complete their assigned tasks.\n\n Implement company policies, processes, and compliance requirements, including food safety and hygiene regulations.\n\n Create a training calendar and coordinate development sessions for front-of-house and production staff to enhance their skills.\n\n Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.\n\n Develop and execute plans to consistently meet and exceed daily sales targets across all outlets.\n\n Ensure kitchen staff prepare and deliver orders according to menu specifications and company standards.\n\n Design strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.\n\n Conduct regular inspections of production areas, inventory, and front-of-house operations to maintain regulatory compliance.\n\n Manage disciplinary issues and refer escalations to the Human Resources department as appropriate.\n\n Implement measures to reduce wastage and lower production costs.\n\n Keep track of local competition and develop customer retention plans, including marketing initiatives and creative promotions.\n\n Oversee the implementation of local sales-building programs.\n\nQualifications\n\n B.Sc degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business
