The Sponsor requires application development support to maintain and enhance operations on an existing collection and data enrichment platform. The Contractor will work within an existing team environment.\nRequired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:\nAt least two of the Contractor Team shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:\nAt least two of the Contractor Team shall support the full stack of the application. The other proposed Contractor Team members may have a limited focus in one or more required areas.3. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining secure Java 8+ web applications using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.\nDemonstrated experience supporting projects using Python.\nDemonstrated experience building and maintaining modern client-side interfaces using industry-standard UI frameworks, JavaScript, Typescript, and React.\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, querying, and maintaining ElasticSearch and related technologies.\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.\nDemonstrated experience developing PL/SQL database scripts, including procedures, functions, exception handlers, and triggers.\nDemonstrated experience writing and tuning complex queries against structured and unstructured data sets.\nDemonstrated experience developing, documenting, and maintaining secure and scalable REST APIs.\nDemonstrated experience integrating services using messaging technologies, including service buses, publish and subscribe, and MQ.\nDemonstrated experience managing and developing software applications in an AWS environment\nDemonstrated experience working with geo-locational data at both the backend and the application tier.\nDemonstrated experience developing software in a DevOps environment.\nDemonstrated experience maintaining Jenkins Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with automated testing and deployment.\nDemonstrated experience using Git as a source code repository.\nHighly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:\nDemonstrated experience working with big data processing and NoSQL database such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MapReduce, and HBase.\nDemonstrated experience with Apache NiFi.\nDemonstrated experience with the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.\nDemonstrated experience managing and mitigating IT security vulnerabilities using Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAMs), and applying FISMA security controls.\n __________________________________________________________________________________\nUS Citizenship:\nThis position requires US Citizenship.
