The Sponsor utilizes a case management system to maintain case records. The system collects layers of structured data on all case records that is analyzed to generate static and dynamic reports and infographics used to derive business insights and assess and improve data health. The Sponsor is in the process of transitioning from a basic system that requires manual export and triage of data for analysis and metric creation in Excel, and Tableau, to a custom system that has out-of-the box basic dashboard metrics.
