The Sponsor fuses modern, data-centric tradecraft and capabilities with other components in pursuit of extracting maximum value from existing data.\nRequired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:\nDemonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.\nDemonstrated experience working effectively in high-performing, cross-functional teams with multiple concurrent projects.\nDemonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into technical solutions with minimal oversight.\nDemonstrated experience in self-directed work with a strong ownership mentality and commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.\nDemonstrated experience context-switching between projects and systems as priorities demand.\nDevOps Engineering\nDemonstrated experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.\nDemonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools; Terraform and CloudFormation\nDemonstrated experience with AWS services (to include EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch).\nDemonstrated experience with containerization such as Docker and Podman.\nDemonstrated experience with strong scripting proficiency: Bash and Python.\nDemonstrated experience with database self-hosting including installation, configuration, backup/recovery, high availability, and performance tuning using PostgreSQL and MySQL\nDemonstrated experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; Prometheus/Alertmanager and CloudWatch.\nDemonstrated experience integrating and deploying diverse software systems: AWS cloud services, open-source applications, COTS/GOTS products, and custom applications\nDemonstrated experience with networking, security, IAM policies, and AWS architecture best practices.\nDemonstrated experience with Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices.\n Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:\nDevOps Engineering\nDemonstrated experience deploying and managing data platform components: Apache Spark, Trino, Apache Ranger, Apache Iceberg, Apache Superset, or data catalogs.\nDemonstrated experience with data lakehouse architectures and supporting infrastructure.\nDemonstrated experience with secrets management solutions such as AWS Secrets Manager or Parameter Store.\nDemonstrated experience with disaster recovery, backup strategies, and continuity planning\nDemonstrated experience or familiarity with API gateways and modern microservices patterns\nDemonstrated experience with cost optimization practices in AWS.\nDemonstrated experience or background deploying and supporting AI/ML workloads or model serving infrastructure.\nDemonstrated experience mentoring team members on DevOps and cloud best practices\nDemonstrated experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB, etc\nDemonstrated experience with additional monitoring tools such as Grafana or ELK stack\nDemonstrating experience integrating Sponsor's Enterprise services.\nDemonstrated experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\n __________________________________________________________________________________\nUS Citizenship:\nThis position requires US Citizenship.
