This effort focuses on managing the suite of technologies supporting these training courses. Sponsor requires subject matter expertise managing the hardware, software, networks and systems underpinning the suite's operations, maintenance, development, upgrades, and security. Priorities and tasking will be managed by the GTM with input from the Sponsor.\nRequired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:\nDemonstrated experience bringing programmatic discipline to the management of a complex systems.\nDemonstrated experience administering communications solutions. \nDemonstrated experience administering beaconing solutions. \nDemonstrated experience managing cloud infrastructure. \nDemonstrated experience integrating systems and managing technical programs. \nDemonstrated experience with system assessment and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes. \nDemonstrated experience handling sensitive data, exercising discretion and sound judgement, and achieving mission outcomes. \nDemonstrated experience customizing, deploying and maintaining Android cellular telephones. \nDemonstrated experience using beaconing and tracking hardware, software, scripts, and code.\nDemonstrated experience managing cell phones, laptops, and tablet devices, all of which require configuration and maintenance while maximizing uptime and communications reliability.\nDemonstrated experience configuring, setting up, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and running firewalls, switches, routers, or other WAN and LAN systems or equipment. \nDemonstrated experience using encryption hardware and software and virtual private network (VPN) applications. \nDemonstrated experience gathering and vetting new technical requirements. \nDemonstrated experience identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises.\nDemonstrated experience providing technical leadership.\nDemonstrated experience utilizing and executing regulatory and data retention policies and modifying such policies with input and direction from key stakeholders. \nDemonstrated experience cross- skilling and backfilling for teammates. \nDemonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams. \nDemonstrated experience using communication tools and including push to talk technology. \nDemonstrated experience using map imagery applications. \nHighly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:\nDemonstrated experience administering complex Sponsor unclassified systems.\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Sponsor personnel. \nDemonstrated experience with system assessment and Sponsor's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes. \nDemonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting proprietary Sponsor map imagery applications. \n__________________________________________________________________________________\nUS Citizenship:\nThis position requires US Citizenship. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.\nTravel:\nThis position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA).
