Requirements include some network experience and possible local travel between buildings.\nRequired skills and demonstrated experience:\nDemonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment.\nDemonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC\nFamiliarity with Apple IOS\nDemonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.\nDemonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.\nDemonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies\nDemonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support\nDemonstrated customer relationship management skills.\nDemonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nHighly desired, though not required, include:\nDemonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum\nDemonstrated experience with wireless\nDemonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki\nDemonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation\nDemonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments.\nDemonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.\nDemonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms.\nDemonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.\nDemonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.\n__________________________________________________________________________________\nUS Citizenship:\nThis position requires US Citizenship.
