Diverse, collaborative teams are pivotal to our success and support the potential and growth of all our people.\nThe Operations Executive will\nSupport the planning and delivery of all racedays and events, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.\n\nAct as Duty Manager for racedays and events, carrying out event checks and ensuring excellent venue presentation and safety compliance.\n\nCoordinate contractors and external partners, including security, stewarding, cleaning and other operational services, to deliver a seamless customer experience.\n\nWork closely with internal teams to support event planning, logistics and operational set-up, ensuring every event is delivered successfully.\n\nManage raceday casual staff, including recruitment, rota planning, payroll administration and on-the-day coordination.\n\nMaintain health and safety records, support compliance activities and play an active role in promoting a strong safety culture across the Racecourse.\n\nOversee operational equipment, facilities and site services, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly to maintain high standards.\n\nSupport budget management, purchase orders, invoicing and cost control, helping to drive an efficient and commercially focused operation.\n\nAbout you\nExperience coordinating operations or events in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.\n\nA proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, uses initiative and sees tasks through to completion.\n\nAn excellent communicator, comfortable building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors and partners.\n\nA highly organised individual with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.\n\nA collaborative team player who can positively influence others and contribute to a high-performing culture.\n\nDetail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high standards and exceptional customer experiences.\n\nFlexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel when required to support operational needs.\n\nPassionate about events and operations, taking pride in delivering safe, successful and memorable experiences every time.\n\nWhat we offer in return\nCompetitive salary, aligned to experience, skills and market benchmarks, together with a comprehensive benefits package.\n\nAll colleagues can go along to any of our race day or music events free of charge - along with 3 friends or family with our TeamPass Ticket scheme.\n\nAn award-winning pension scheme provider with a generous employer contribution\n\nA healthcare cash back plan enabling you to claim money back on health & wellbeing services.\n\n25 days annual leave\n\nA whole host of other benefits including free eyecare vouchers, a ride to work cycle scheme & discounts across varying retailers & services.\n\nIf you think you have everything we’re looking for and more, then we’d love to hear from you.
