You will follow detailed work instructions to assemble precision aerospace components using various hand tools and other specialized tools and perform finish deburring on machined aerospace components using a wide variety of deburr tools (pencil grinder, hand finish tools, abrasive wheel polishing/blending, abrasive pad polishing). You will also utilize a borescope for the precision deburring of critical features inside various cavities of machined parts and ensure all parts paperwork and documentation is completed properly.\nLocation: On-site at our Grand Junction, CO facility\nShift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM\nWhat Will You Do?\nRead and follow work instructions and sketches to assemble high-quality aerospace components using specific tooling, torque drivers, and hardware\nDemonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools to perform unique assembly processes\nUtilize measuring tools such as dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to attain proper assembly-build requirements\nPerform inspection in accordance with requirements of Certified Operator program\nPull and scan required components or sub-assemblies from flow racks or bin locations\nConduct physical inventory of parts or assemblies in designated areas.
