Preparar Instruções de Trabalho/Visual Aids; Acompanhar para garantir que todos os equipamentos que precisam ser calibrados sejam feitos; Auxiliar o Engenheiro de Qualidade na função de engenharia; Preparar os dados para análise; Ajudar a realizar a auditoria de rotina do processo e do produto; Auxiliar na criação do programa da máquina; Acompanhar a introdução e o experimento de novos produtos.
- Ensino Médio completo. Desejável cursando Nível Técnico ou Superior em Eletrônica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica , Eletrotécnica e Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas afins .
- Conhecimento em processo de manufatura e conhecimentos técnicos de produto.
- Desejável conhecimento das normas da IPC - Aceitabilidade em Montagem Eletrônica e normas da Qualidade.
Quality Management System
Data analysis: advanced Excel, Power BI (a plus), charts
Knowledge of SMT process: PCB printing, fault identification
Quality Tools: Root cause analysis, Pareto charts, Ishikawa diagram, 8D
Change management: risk mapping and mitigation, mitigation actions
IPC-610, JEDEC-33 standards, MSL component handling
KPI monitoring
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production Engineering
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare visual aids/Work instructions
· Assist the Quality Engineer or Quality Technician in the engineering function.
· Prepare the raw data for analysis
· Help to do the routine process and product audit.
· To follow up the new product introduction and experiment.
· To monitor the KPIs status of related area.
· To help on analysis of fails and follow purge process.
· To follow up the execution tasks related to quality system during change management process
. Help on corrective actions and preventive actions (internal and Customer answers)
· To review non-conformance material and products.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
