If this sounds like a program you want to be a part of and you want to work for a company that strives to make EVERYTHING BETTER and ANYTHING POSSIBLE, then apply today.\nWhat Will You Do?\nDesign, develop, and integrate automated systems, including robotic cells, PLC-controlled machinery, and vision inspection systems\nProgram and configure PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMIs, and industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Universal Robots\nConduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation equipment and software\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and operational procedures\nParticipate in equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities\nProvide technical support and training to production and maintenance personnel on automated systems\nStay updated on emerging automation technologies and industry best practices\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation performance and reliability\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all automation projects\nHow Will You Get Here?\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline\nExperience\nPrevious internship, project work, or academic experience related to manufacturing, process improvement, or industrial engineering is a plus.\nExperience working on engineering projects, process mapping, or data analysis through coursework is beneficial.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, or AutoCAD.\nExposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma concepts.\nInterest in manufacturing operations, production systems, and process optimization.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00.
