The role will translate business needs into clear, documented requirements and process designs while providing the functional analysis needed to support solution architecture and program execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Process Analysis & Documentation\nDevelop detailed knowledge of the manufacturing end-to-end operating model and business processes.\nDocument current-state and future-state business processes.\nCreate and maintain:Process maps and workflows\nBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs)\nFunctional requirements\nBusiness rules\nUse cases and scenarios\nProcess narratives\nData-flow and interface requirements\nRequirements traceability\nUAT scenarios and acceptance criteria\n\nConduct process and requirements gap analysis.\nIdentify process inconsistencies, integration gaps, manual activities, and opportunities for standardization.\nBuild a sustainable process and requirements knowledge base so program knowledge is documented rather than dependent on individual resources.\nSAP Functional & Process Support\nThe successful candidate should bring broad cross-functional SAP experience and be comfortable working across SAP business processes rather than being limited to a single module.\nExpected knowledge should include experience across functions such as:\nOrder-to-Cash\nProcure-to-Pay\nPlan-to-Produce\nLogistics and Warehouse Management\nIntercompany and inventory movements\nSAP S/4HANA\nSAP Digital Manufacturing and manufacturing integrations\nReporting/data integration touchpoints\nSolution Architecture Support\nThe BA will:\nPerform functional analysis before solution-design discussions.\nTranslate business processes into structured requirements for architecture teams.\nDocument business, system, interface and data requirements.\nMaintain decision, requirement and process documentation.\nAnalyze dependencies between SAP, manufacturing systems, integration platforms and downstream reporting/data capabilities.\nValidate that proposed solutions address documented business requirements.\nHelp prepare functional information required for architecture and technical design discussions.\nBEM & Program Support\nPartner with the BEM to:\nFacilitate requirements workshops and discovery sessions.\nConvert stakeholder needs into structured requirements.\nMaintain requirement and decision traceability.\nSupport project intake and scope definition.\nIdentify business-process impacts, dependencies and readiness requirements.\nSupport stakeholder conversations with fact-based process and functional analysis.\nProvide documentation needed for governance and decision-making.\nSupport cross-site process standardization.\nEnsure business requirements are sufficiently defined before moving into solution design and delivery.\nTesting, Validation & Implementation\nTranslate requirements into acceptance criteria and test scenarios.\nSupport SIT/UAT planning and execution from the functional perspective.\nValidate that delivered functionality aligns with approved business requirements.\nTrack requirement gaps, defects and process decisions through resolution.\nSupport business readiness and change-impact analysis.\nMaintain evidence and documentation supporting implementation readiness.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong Business Analyst experience in complex SAP and manufacturing environments.\nBroad functional knowledge of SAP and end-to-end processes, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of inventory management and material-flow processes.\nDemonstrated ability to understand processes that cross multiple SAP functional areas.\nExperience documenting complex end-to-end business and system processes.\nStrong requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and functional analysis skills.\nExperience producing BRDs, functional requirements, workflows, traceability matrices, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.\nExperience with interfaces, APIs, integration concepts and end-to-end data flows.\nExperience supporting SIT/UAT and business validation.\nAbility to translate between business/process requirements and technical teams.\nStrong facilitation, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience working across business, operations, manufacturing and IT teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEDI/B2B integration experience.\nManufacturing IT experience.\nData-platform or analytics experience.\nExperience with multi-site or global SAP deployments.\nExperience documenting inventory, manufacturing and supply-chain processes.\nExperience operating between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, architects and developers.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
