Own Business Results.\nWe are seeking a dynamic Business Unit Director to lead a key global customer relationship, owning the overall business strategy, P&L performance, and long-term growth of the account.\nIn this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the executive point of contact for customers, build strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, negotiate commercial agreements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional operational performance and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the global P&L and financial performance for assigned customer accounts.\nDevelop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue and profitability.\nBuild and maintain executive-level customer relationships.\nLead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.\nDrive operational excellence and ensure delivery of customer commitments and SLAs.\nLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic business planning.\nManage and develop high-performing teams while influencing cross-functional partners.\nIdentify new business opportunities and champion continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.\n8+ years of experience in business, manufacturing, operations, finance, or account management.\n5+ years of people leadership experience.\nProven success managing complex customer relationships, P&L ownership, and business growth.\nStrong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.\nExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related industries preferred.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to make a significant impact by leading strategic customer partnerships, driving global business growth, and influencing key organizational decisions within a fast-paced, innovative environment.\nThe pay range for this role is $159,600 - $287,300.
