Sr. Machine Operator II (CNC Mechaniker/in)

1. Zweck der Stelle

• Wirtschaftliches sowie qualitativ einwandfreies und termingetreues Herstellen von Produkten nach Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

2. Beschrieb von Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsgebiet

• Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen, Kontrollmitteln und Vorrichtungen gemäss Anweisungen Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Maschinen
• Vornehmen von Werkzeugwechsel und -korrekturen sowie Störungsbehebungen
• Reinigen von Maschinen und Ausführen einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
• Mithilfe beim Erstellen und Optimieren einfacher NC- und CNC-Programmen innerhalb von Projekten
• Bearbeiten von Arbeitsaufträgen gemäss QS-Richtlinien und Arbeitsunterlagen
• Melden von Abweichungen der Vorgabezeiten
• Korrektes und vollständiges Ausfüllen der Produktionsunterlagen nach GDP
• Sicherstellen des ordnungsgemässen Verlassens der Arbeitsplätze
• Selbst-, Erststück- und Gegenprüfung
• Abarbeiten von Aufträgen nach Anweisungen des Vorgesetzten
• Kennen und Befolgen der Richtlinien bezüglich Verhaltenskodex, Ethik- und Compliance-Programmen sowie anderer relevanter Regelungen

3. Anforderungsprofil

Berufliche Ausbildung:

• Lehre plus 1-2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung oder Höhere Schulausbildung ohne formale Ausbildung, aber mehrjährige Erfahrung und zusätzliche Trainingskurse

Ergänzende Ausbildung:

• Maschinenspezifische CNC-Kurse (ISO-Programmierung)

Erfahrung:

• Erfahrung auf CNC-Maschinen (Drehen/Fräsen)
