Conducting pre-employment baseline medical evaluations and periodic medical examinations for SEG employees and job candidates.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide medical services to Jabil employees. · Refer employees to hospital if necessary. · · Take care of employee's health protection. · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS ·\nStrong knowledge of occupational health and workplace medical surveillance.\nProven ability to assess the compatibility between employees’ or candidates’ health conditions and the health risks associated with specific job positions.\nStrong expertise in managing and processing IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) forms related to occupational injury and work-related risk claims.\nStrong knowledge of ergonomic assessment methodologies.\nBasic knowledge of incident investigation methodologies.Knowledge of waste reduction principles and practices in accordance with Lean Manufacturing methodologies. · Strong and convincing communication skills. · Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS · Must hold current doctor license. · Medical College degree or above. · Preferably have 2 years experience as a Company clinic doctor. · Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.\nThe position holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Company's global policies and the EHS department's requirements.
