Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.The Windchill PLM & MCAD Enterprise Solution Specialist III at Jabil, Inc. is a key technical and strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.\nJob Responsibilities:**\n* Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions, focusing on systems integration, data management, and application architecture.\n* Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.\n* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful project delivery.\n* Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for existing enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing performance.\n* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.\n* Evaluate new technologies and solutions, recommending strategic adoptions that enhance business capabilities and efficiency.\n* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the solutions architecture team.\n* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for assigned solution initiatives.\n* Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and security policies in all solution designs and implementations.\n* Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical presentations, as required.\nJob Qualifications:**\n* Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n* 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise Windchill PLM and MCAD solutions architecture, design, and implementation, with a strong focus on complex, integrated systems.\n* Proven expertise in at least one major enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and/or manufacturing execution system (MES).\n* Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies (e.g., API management, ESB, ETL tools).\n* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their application in enterprise solutions.\n* Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL) and data modeling.\n* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\n* Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, specific platform certifications) are a plus.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
