Utilities equipment includes Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, Exhaust ventilation, Dehumidifiers, Cooling Towers, Compressed Air Systems, Reheat, Fire Prevention, Emergency Power Generators, UPS and Environmental Control systems. Document all maintenance activities executed on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS). The Facilities/Maintenance technicians perform, as needed, maintenance service and repairs in areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting and other building upkeep activities.
