This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient facility while supporting operational excellence, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nHow Will You Make an Impact?\nAs the Facilities & EHS Manager, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, infrastructure planning, and environmental, health, and safety programs. You will ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, cost-effective facility management, and a safe working environment for employees, customers, and stakeholders while supporting strategic business objectives.\nWhat Will You Do?\nLeadership & Talent Development\nRecruit, develop, and retain high-performing Facilities, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and EHS teams.\nLead and mentor supervisors and team members through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.\nCreate and execute succession planning strategies within the Facilities and EHS organizations.\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.\nFacilities & Operations Management\nDirect all facility maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, environmental, and janitorial systems.\nDevelop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS platforms.\nOversee facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, capital projects, and asset management initiatives.\nMaintain the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of facilities and grounds.\nLead cross-functional project execution while balancing operational priorities and customer requirements.\nEstablish performance metrics, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.\nEnvironmental, Health & Safety (EHS)\nLead all EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive environmental stewardship, industrial hygiene, workplace safety, and risk reduction initiatives.\nSupport certification programs, audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.\nPromote employee engagement in safety programs through training, communication, and awareness initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to all safety, quality, and security policies.\nStrategic Planning & Cost Management\nDevelop Facilities and EHS strategies that align with site and business objectives.\nManage departmental budgets, forecasting, staffing plans, and capital expenditures.\nIdentify and implement cost-reduction opportunities related to utilities, maintenance, consumables, and facility operations.\nAnalyze operational and financial data to support sound business decisions and continuous improvement efforts.\nProvide regular updates on performance, strategic initiatives, and cost trends to leadership.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nServe as the primary point of contact for Facilities and EHS-related initiatives.\nCollaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve site objectives.\nCommunicate effectively with all organizational levels, including executive leadership, regulatory agencies, customers, and external stakeholders.\nDrive a culture of customer service by proactively identifying and resolving facility and safety-related concerns.\nHow Will You Get Here?\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Business, or a related field;
