We challenge and empower you to make most of your talents, working with outstanding colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share your drive and passion to make Jabil grow!\nAs Second Shift Electrical Lead at Jabil, Inc., you will oversee and guide the electrical team during the second shift, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of electrical projects, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead and supervise a team of electrical operators on the second shift, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.\nPlan, schedule, and execute electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and facility infrastructure.\nInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to facilitate repairs and modifications.\nCoordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless operational transitions and project continuity.\nImplement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for electrical systems.\nMaintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and inventory.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the electrical department.\nParticipate in root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.\nJob Qualifications:\nAbility to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
