This role works closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, talent initiatives, employee engagement, and compliance while supporting business objectives and operational excellence.\nAs a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will help shape a high-performance culture by aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational change, developing talent, improving employee engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Your partnership and influence will contribute directly to workforce effectiveness and business success.\nLocation:\nThis role will be based on-site at our Florence, KY campus.\nWhat Will You Do?\nPartner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support operational and organizational objectives.\nServe as a trusted advisor and consultant to leaders on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.\nDrive organizational effectiveness initiatives and support the implementation of business transformation and change programs.\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.\nIdentify workforce trends, organizational risks, and talent needs, providing recommendations and solutions to leadership.\nCoach and develop leaders on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.\nSupport talent development initiatives, including identifying and developing high-potential employees.\nCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, organizational development, and employee engagement.\nLead and support workforce planning activities to ensure alignment with business goals and future staffing requirements.\nFacilitate organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and change management plans.\nAssist leaders in navigating complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy interpretation and application.\nDevelop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and communications to various stakeholder groups.\nMonitor and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport enterprise-wide HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.\nLeverage HR metrics and business data to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.\nBuild strong relationships across all levels of the organization to influence and support business outcomes.\nSupport project management activities, including tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables.\nMaintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee and business information.\nComply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\nExperience:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic Human Resources Business Partner role within a matrixed organization.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations.\nExperience managing employee relations matters and HR policy application.\nExperience supporting multiple locations and/or business units preferred.\nExperience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.\nProven experience leading organizational change and workforce initiatives.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:\nStrong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.\nExcellent relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.\nAbility to establish credibility and trust with employees and leaders at all levels.\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal supervision.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to analyze workforce data and leverage insights to drive business outcomes.\nKnowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in a large-scale manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment.\nProfessional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).\nExperience supporting organizational design, talent management, and change management initiatives.\nExperience working in a global or highly matrixed organization.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
