How will you make an impact?
Provide Human Resources support in areas including employee relations, leave administration, benefits, policy interpretation, employee engagement, workforce administration, HR reporting, and organizational initiatives. Partner with employees and leaders to support a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws, and contribute to workforce effectiveness. Assist in the implementation of HR programs, processes, and practices that support business objectives.
What will you do?
Direct Labor Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for direct labor positions, including Operators, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, and other production support roles.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate onsite hiring events, job fairs, community outreach efforts, and recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to support contingent workforce management and conversion initiatives.
- Manage candidate screening, interviewing, selection, offer generation, and onboarding activities for direct labor positions.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress, candidate flow, and workforce needs.
- Support talent branding initiatives that promote Jabil as an employer of choice within the local community.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Leave Administration & Accommodations
- Support leave of absence programs, including FMLA, FAMLI, disability leaves, and company leave policies.
- Assist employees and leaders with leave-related questions, documentation, and process navigation.
- Partner with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders to support leave and accommodation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leaves and accommodations.
- Support return-to-work and transitional work processes.
Benefits Administration
- Communicate and interpret benefit programs and policies.
- Assist with open enrollment activities and employee benefit education.
- Research and resolve routine employee benefit questions and concerns.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Compile and maintain HR reports, records, and workforce data.
- Support data entry, audits, and HR system maintenance activities.
- Assist with tracking workforce trends, leave activity, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Manager Support
- Provide day-to-day support to supervisors regarding policy interpretation and workforce administration processes.
- Assist leaders in navigating attendance, performance, and employee relations concerns.
- Support compliance with company policies and employment practices.
Project Management
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
- Assist with implementation of employee experience, engagement, onboarding, and organizational initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support exit interview processes and employment transitions.
- Adhere to all safety and health requirements associated with the position.
- Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting employee relations, leave administration, benefits, recruiting, or other HR functions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee information and records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, aPHR, SHRM-CP, or progress toward an HR certification.
- Experience supporting leave administration processes, including FMLA, FAMLI, or workplace accommodations.
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives or HR projects.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
