Apoiar diretamente as iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing através da documentação, implementação, validação e sustentabilidade dos projetos de melhoria (Kaizen Blitz, A3 e DMAIC).

Suportar no monitoramento das métricas de Lean Manufacturing e dos projetos de melhoria contínua voltados para redução de custo (P&L) e tempo de processamento do produto.

Facilitar a construção dos conceitos Lean dentro da wokcell de forma a manter a sinergia e participação multifuncional bem como compartilhar melhores práticas e projetos de melhoria.

Apoiar diretamente as iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing através da documentação, implementação, validação e sustentabilidade dos projetos de melhoria (Kaizen Blitz, A3 e DMAIC).
