This role ensures end-to-end PCB design execution, library quality, and PLM data integrity, primarily supporting Wireline, Server and Payment systems.\nThe position drives technical excellence, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration to meet product quality, schedule, and cost targets.\nKEYR ESPONSIBILITIES\n(Include, but are not limited to the following:)\nLead ECAD and Library engineering teams including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. \nPlan and allocate ECAD resources across multiple projects and manage schedules and deliverables. \nDrive PCB design activities include placement, constraint definition, routing, and tape-out readiness. \nEstablish and enforce ECAD design standards, review processes, and best practices. \nManage external layout vendors including quality, schedule, and communication. \nOversee library creation and governance including symbol and footprint standards and validation processes. \nEnsure Windchill (PLM) data integrity including version control, lifecycle management, and ECO traceability. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including EE, PWR, SI/PI, ME, manufacturing, and suppliers. \nSupport DFM/DFx activities and resolve PCB vendor-related issues. \nContinuously improve design methodologies, tools, and workflows.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 8+ years of experience in PCB design with at least 2+ years in leadership role.\nStrong experience in high-speed PCB design, multi-layer boards, HDI, and back drilling.\nFamiliar with ECAD tools such as Cadence Allegro; experience with CAM tools is preferred.\nExperience with Wireline products is required; Server and Payment experience is a plus.\nKnowledge of PLM systems such as Windchill and library management best practices.\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nFluent English in read/write is a must and listen/speak is a plus.\nPREFERENCE :\nExperience with PADS, Altium, or Mentor tools.\nKnowledge of RF, antenna, or FPC design.\nExperience implementing ECAD library standards and automation.\nFamiliarity with SI/PI/EMI considerations.\nExperience in major server OEM/ODM (Quanta, Foxconn, Wistron, etc.)\nExperience working with Tier-1 customers (Google, Meta, Dell, HPE, etc.)\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
