HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Lead the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing test solutions for medium- to high-complexity products. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable test systems on schedule and within budget while driving technical innovation and continuous improvement.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead test development projects from concept through deployment.
Architect electrical, mechanical, software, and system-level test solutions.
Develop test quotes, schedules, validation plans, and technical documentation.
Design and support ICT, MDA, Boundary Scan/JTAG, functional, ESS/HASS, and system test solutions.
Develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, Visual Basic, and related tools.
Support DFT analysis, hardware/software debug, validation, installation, and production support.
Partner with project managers and customers to communicate status, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Mentor engineers and technicians while leading smaller technical teams.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and engineering standards.
HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in manufacturing test development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Expertise in manufacturing test strategy, DFT, structural and functional test development.
Experience with PXI/LXI systems, custom hardware, automation fixtures, and test instrumentation.
Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, or similar.
Knowledge of OrCAD, AutoCAD, FabMaster, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
Excellent customer communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and travel up to 50% domestically/internationally

Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
Travel requirements: Domestic and/or Global, up to 50%
Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
