Information Technology Lead
The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of IT infrastructure and systems at Jabil, Inc. This role involves leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT services to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:**
* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Manage the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of Jabil's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
* Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
* Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
* Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing expenditures while ensuring necessary resources are available.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
* Ensure timely and effective technical support to end-users.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven experience with IT infrastructure management (servers, networking, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS).
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
* Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Certified) are highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
