This internship offers exposure to real-time project implementations in multinational banking and cross-border payment processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport payment processing activities, including the preparation of payment batches for approval and release\nAssist with daily treasury operations, including transaction monitoring, reconciliations, and cash management activities\nPrepare and maintain daily cash position reports and support cash reporting requirements\nAssist with weekly cash flow forecasting and variance analysis to support liquidity planning\nSupport bank-related documentation, account maintenance, and lodgement submissions\nAssist with import and export bank declarations, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation for designated countries\nLiaise with regional finance teams, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of treasury-related matters\nSupport treasury projects, process improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc assignments as required\nPrepare ad hoc reports and provide treasury-related support to finance teams and other business functions\nAdhere to company policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of financial information\nParticipate actively in training and development opportunities while working closely with a dedicated buddy/mentor to build treasury, analytical, and professional skills\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nDegree in Accounting, Finance or related fields of study\nStrong interest in treasury operations, cash management, banking processes, and financial analysis\nBasic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g. accruals, amortization, allocations)\nMicrosoft Excel proficiency (e.g. PivotTable, basic formulas)\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills for payments, banking documentation, and financial records\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight month-end closing deadlines\nWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment\nMandarin proficiency is an added advantage\nOptional Skills:\nKnowledge and interest in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools\nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g. XLOOKUP/ VLOOKUP)\nPrevious internship, project, or coursework related to accounting or finance\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
