This role ensures the accurate consumption and movement of materials within SAP, supports the flow of raw materials through WIP to finished goods, and drives resolution of inventory discrepancies through analysis and corrective action.\nWhat will you do?\nMonitor inventory transactions in SAP to ensure accuracy and compliance. \nVerify material consumption, inventory movements, and production transactions are processed correctly. \nTrack and reconcile the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. \nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. \nPerform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. \nAnalyze inventory data and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. \nPartner with Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to resolve inventory issues and prevent production disruptions. \nMaintain material traceability and comply with company procedures and controls. \nSupport inventory reporting and ERP process improvements. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nEducation\nAssociate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. \nExperience\n1+ years of inventory control, inventory analysis, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment. \nExperience using SAP or another enterprise ERP system to manage inventory transactions and material consumption. \nElectronics manufacturing or EMS experience preferred. \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong understanding of inventory control, material traceability, WIP, and inventory transactions. \nProficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP system. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. \nProficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across functions. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. \nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP MM, PP, WM, or EWM experience. \nCPIM, CSCP, or related supply chain certification. \nExperience with cycle count programs, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives \nWhat Can Jabil Offer You?\nAlong with growth, stability, and the opportunity to be challenged, Jabil offers a competitive benefits package that includes:\nMedical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and Vision Insurance with HRA and HSA options \n401K Match \nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan \nPaid Time Off \nTuition Reimbursement \nLife, AD&D, and Disability Insurance \nEmployee Assistance Program \nPet Insurance \nAdoption Assistance \nAnnual Merit Increases \nCommunity Volunteer Opportunities\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
