The product will be large (shipping container size), heavy (50+ tons), and complex. This position will be part of the core factory startup and onboarding team responsible for building the operations and manufacturing staff, fitting out the building, and creating the process flow/work instructions/etc. from the ground up. equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of experience will be considered\n5+ years of relevant experience\nExperience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and SAP\nPrevious leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience, preferably in a progressive operational setting\nExperience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nDemonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, inventory accuracy, and cost savings\nWorking knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred\nAbility to analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions\nStrong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow processes\nProven ability to communicate technical concepts and operational improvements to a variety of stakeholders\nSelf-motivated leader with a positive attitude, high energy level, and a proactive approach to problem solving\nOther:\nAbility to review, interpret, and communicate information from technical publications, financial reports, and legal documents\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and business partners\nAbility to present information clearly and professionally to all levels of management\nAdvanced computer skills, including proficiency with Jabil systems and business applications\nStrong mathematical aptitude, including calculations involving percentages, ratios, and other business-related metrics.
