In this highly visible role, you'll lead hardware design efforts, influence product architecture, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor the next generation of engineers.\nThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on advanced products while collaborating with talented teams across engineering, manufacturing, and product development.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead electronic hardware development across the full product lifecycle.\nDesign analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, sensing, and control circuits.\nDevelop system architectures, schematics, and PCB designs.\nDrive prototype development, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.\nApply power electronics expertise in areas such as AC/DC power conversion, protection, grounding, and electrical safety.\nEnsure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements, including UL, IEC, IEEE, FCC, EMC/EMI, and electrical safety requirements. \nPerform or guide power and high-voltage validation, including efficiency, power-loss, waveform, transient, thermal, and temperature-rise measurements. \nSupport prototype builds, NPI, product launch, manufacturing release, production ramp, and production issue resolution. \nCollaborate across hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.\nMentor engineers and provide technical leadership on critical projects.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n10+ years of electronic hardware design experience.\nStrong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, and hardware debugging.\nHands-on experience with power electronics, high-voltage testing, HiPot and ground-bond testing, and product validation. \nKnowledge of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, reliability, and electrical safety principles.\nHands-on experience with industry-standard design and test tools.\nProven ability to lead technical projects and influence cross-functional teams.\nPreferred\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering.\nExperience with energy, industrial, automation, power conversion, or high-reliability products.\nFamiliarity with embedded systems, certification testing, and industry standards (UL, IEC, IEEE).\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
