As a Machine Operator II, you will help manufacture critical components that support patient mobility, recovery, and quality of life.\nWhat You'll Do\nIn this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment used to produce precision trauma device components while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nProducing precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.\nSetting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment based on assignment.\nPerforming routine equipment maintenance and identifying concerns before they impact production.\nConducting gauge inspections and verifying equipment remains within calibration requirements.\nMonitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications.\nPartnering with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.\nFollowing all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures to support operational excellence.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of one (1) year of related manufacturing experience and/or training required.\nEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.\nAbility to operate manufacturing equipment and inspection tools in a production environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt our Monument facility, you'll play a direct role in manufacturing products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
