Production begins in Fall 2026, creating exciting opportunities for career growth in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.\nStarting Pay Rate: $25.00hourly\nShift: 6:00am - 2:30pm\nSummary:\nThe Material Handler III is a highly experienced material handling and inventory control professional responsible for executing complex inventory transactions, maintaininginventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse and production operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert for inventory processes, ERP transactions, receiving, shipping, stockroom operations, and material traceability while working independently to resolve inventory discrepancies and support continuous material flow throughout the facility.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPerform advanced material handling and inventory control activities across receiving, warehouse, stockroom, production, and shipping operations.\n\nExecute and verify ERP system transactions including receipts, transfers, replenishments, returns, inventory adjustments, and material dispositions.\n\nUtilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy.\n\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, material shortages, transaction errors, and location variances.\n\nConduct cycle counts, inventory audits, recounts, and inventory reconciliations to ensure inventory integrity.\n\nSupport receiving, shipping, stockroom, and work-in-process (WIP) activities as needed.\n\nVerify inventory transactions and documentation to ensure accuratephysical and system inventory movement.\n\nMonitor inventory levels and escalate material shortages, transaction issues, and inventory concerns when necessary.\n\nSupport inventory purge activities, obsolete material reviews, and disposition processes.\n\nMaintain FIFO practices, inventory organization, and proper storage standards.\n\nCollaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain teams to support operational objectivesand resolve material-related issues.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse efficiency.\n\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with5S standards.\n\nAdhere to all safety, quality, environmental, and security policies and procedures.\n\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nMinimum five (5) years of experience in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing support required.\n\nExperience working within ERP systems required; SAP experience strongly preferred.\n\nExperience utilizingRF scanners (RF guns) for material tracking and inventory transactions required.\n\nForklift and pallet jack experience required; certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.\n\nExperience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations required.\n\nStrong knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse operations, material traceability, and manufacturing material flow.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 10-12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Mechanical lifting devices and team lifts may be utilizedas needed.\n\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $17.98 - $32.36.
