Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.Position Summary:\nThis position is responsible for sorting & cleaning soiled incoming medical devices as well as clean medical containers in a fast-paced production flow process.\nKey Responsibilities and End Results: (Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):\nPrioritize ship & receive all available orders daily\nInspect medical device containers\nOperate bin washing machinery\nMaintain required paperwork i.e. cleaning logs, inventories, RGA’s, purchase orders, spreadsheets\nHandle requests for supplies\nAssist in handling customer service issues including identify customer returns\nIdentify devices currently processed in the facility and discarding devices that are not processed in the facility\nKeep individual jobs in tact throughout entire process and perform jobs in “first in-first out” basis\nMust be able to tolerate frequent exposure to body fluids\nComplete paperwork for operations completed and document rejects\nStatus jobs on computer\nMaintain process documentation logs and perform maintenance activities\nPerform cleaning of devices to a defined acceptable level\nCompletely clean and disinfect soil sort area at the end of shift\nAbility to work, as needed, in other areas of production\nAble to work overtime as needed\nMaintain a safe and orderly work area\nKeep in compliance of safety measures including the use of gowns, gloves and face masks\nKnow and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility\nComplete training in area of responsibility. Training is required for changes in existing policies & procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies & procedures.
