Need to follow up sample validation, trial production, mass production transfer, etc.\nMake and drive project timeline, milestone plan, track progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions.\nManage supplier project coordination, communicate delivery, quality, cost and technical issues with overseas / domestic suppliers.\n-Engineering Collaboration\nUnderstand mechanical drawings, GD&T, BOM, manufacturing feasibility\nCollaborate with R&D, tooling, ME, and QA teams\n-Supplier Management\nWork with machining, stamping, die-casting, injection molding suppliers\nEvaluate supplier capability and capacity\nSupport supplier root-cause analysis and improvement actions\n-Cost / Quality / Delivery\nDrive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE)\nEnsure quality standards and PPAP documentation\nMonitor material availability and risk mitigation\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n-Technical Background\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar\n3-7 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain\nStrong understanding of mechanical parts processes:CNC machining\nStamping\nDie casting\nInjection molding\nSurface treatments\n\n-Project Management Skills\nPMP certification is a plus\nExperience leading cross-functional teams\nRisk management and mitigation\n-Soft Skills\nStrong communication\nStakeholder management abilities\nAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solving\n-Language Requirement\nFluent in written and spoken English\nAble to communicate with global customers, overseas suppliers and cross-border teams independently\nCan conduct English meetings, write English project reports, emails and meeting minutes\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
