Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.\nHow will you make an impact?\nAs an Operations Business Analyst with Jabil, you will partner with Materials Operations to solve business problems with data and technology. You will also build reports, datasets, dashboards, automated workflows, and low-code applications that improve how the team works.\nWhat will you do?\nWork with operations stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and turn them into practical solutions.\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models (e.g., Power BI) that give the team visibility into materials performance.\nDevelop automated workflows and low-code applications (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) that remove manual work and reduce errors.\nCollect, clean, and join data from ERP and other systems to create reliable datasets.\nUse generative AI tools to speed up development, troubleshooting, and documentation.\nTest, document, and support solutions after launch, and trains users on them.\nIdentifies opportunities for improvement and brings forward ideas, not just completed requests.\nLearn new tools and business areas quickly. Works with moderate guidance, growing toward independent ownership of projects.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems/MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Data Science, or a similar related field required.\nNo experience is required, however co-ops, academic or personal projects are helpful.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills: the ability to break down an ambiguous problem, find the root cause, and work toward a solution.\nCuriosity and a builder mindset, shown through projects, internships, or coursework.\nClear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nFamiliarity with at least one data or low-code tool (Power Platform, SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, etc.).
