Development\nLead, coach, and develop Functional Managers and operational leadership teams.\nRecruit, interview, and hire management-level talent.\nDrive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.\nEstablish performance expectations and hold teams accountable to operational goals and objectives.\nProvide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to leaders across the organization.\nCoordinate and lead large teams during periods of change, growth, or operational challenges.\nStrategic Planning & Business Leadership\nDevelop and efficiency.\nEstablish and improve operational measurement systems and reporting tools.\nImplement industry best practices and share knowledge across multiple facilities.\nEnsure procedures, work instructions, and operational processes remain effective and efficient.\nFinancial & Cost Management\nMonitor departmental costs, trends, and operational expenditures.\nDevelop and implement strategies to reduce cost while improving value and performance.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.\nProvide cost performance updates and recommendations to leadership teams.\nForecasting & Customer Focus\nDevelop accurate operational forecasts and assess future business trends.\nCompare forecasted performance against historical results to improve planning accuracy.\nAnticipate customer needs and proactively resolve operational challenges.\nEnsure internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded.\nCompliance & Safety\nMaintain safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.\nHow will you get here?\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\n10+ years of manufacturing, operations, or related leadership experience.\n5+ years of management experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.\nExperience developing and executing operational strategies.\nStrong background in performance management, workforce development, and succession planning.\nExperience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.\nAdvanced computer skills and experience utilizing business systems, reporting tools, and operational software applications.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nStrong leadership and people management skills.\nStrategic thinking with the ability to execute operational plans.\nExpertise in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement methodologies.\nFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and operational metrics.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience utilizing operational KPIs and data-driven related field.\nExperience leading operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or related continuous improvement certifications.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced operational reporting tools.\nMulti-site or campus-level leadership experience.\nExperience within electronics manufacturing, EMS, or a similarly complex manufacturing
