Every task you perform contributes to the safety and effectiveness of products that impact lives every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the processing and preparation of medical devices throughout the manufacturing process.\nPackage products for shipment to customers around the world.\nPerform quality checks to ensure products meet strict regulatory and customer requirements.\nComplete routine equipment and work area maintenance activities.\nFollow detailed procedures in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.\nPartner with teammates to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and on time.\nSUMMARY\nPerform Direct Fulfillment manufacturing processes to ensure on time shipments of a quality product. To work in an efficient manner and maximize output.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nManually assemble a system using torque drivers and hardware, to a predetermined volume.\nFunctionally test a completed system according to work processes.\nPull necessary material from flow racks and bin locations.\nPerform back flush operations on the computer operating systems.\nConduct physical inventory in the designated area.\nMaintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times.\nNew Product Development\nReview all assembly documentation.\nAssembly prints\nRouting notes\nBOMs\nAssemble first run of product.\nModify or correct all assembly documentation.\nWork with Engineering towards production build release.\nIdentify any required tools.\nDevelop training methods.\nProcess Development.\nWork with Group Leaders to ensure all documentation is current and correct.\nCreate ECRs for any process improvement or correction and track.\nAdhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.\nAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.\nComply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.\n MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; and six months related experience and/or training. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related certifications.\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $16.30 - $29.33.
