You will develop and execute operational plans that align demand, materials, and capacity to meet customer expectations. Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, minimizing risk, and continuously improving planning performance metrics.\nLocation:\nOn-site at our Monument, CO facility.\nThis position is not eligible for immigration and/or visa sponsorship. Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.\nWhat Will You Do?\nWork with Business Units and customers to develop a collaborative demand plan through execution of the Demand Management Process.\nCreate a Master Schedule using resource analysis, including material and capacity sizing.\nLoad and maintain the Master Schedule within the Jabil ERP system.\nDevelop and maintain a feasible production plan and partner closely with Operations to ensure successful execution.\nDevelop revenue forecasts and monitor actual performance; drive corrective actions and recovery plans when targets are at risk.\nMonitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.\nServe as a customer interface for demand planning and shipment coordination.\nEnsure compliance with company security policies and operational procedures.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nManagement & Supervisory Responsibilities\nTypically reports to Management .
