How will you make an impact?
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed CAD models, Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering specifications, and manufacturing documentation for mechanical assemblies, frames, structures, enclosures, and related products. This role provides Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Excellence (DFX) support to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability, quality, cost, reliability, serviceability, and scalability.
The engineer leads manufacturing process development, tooling and fixture design, and production readiness activities while driving continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring product performance, reliability, maintainability, safety, ergonomics, schedule adherence, and quality objectives are achieved. The role collaborates closely with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and external equipment suppliers to successfully transition new products from design into stable, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes.
